“I use this information to know what to eat, how to train, and how effective my training is and how my body reacts. It shows me how my workouts are helping now compared to where I was at coming in to training camp. With it being mid-season, this lets me know that what I’m doing is working, and if I need to adjust anything along the way moving forward. These tests show me where I’m at physically, and I’d love to see how it changes over the course of my training year round. I think everyone should get this testing done to find out where they are in regards to their overall health.”
